Our Story

ABOUT US

Welcome to Locke’s Stories.

We are an independent coffee bar and eatery in the heart of St Helier, founded and run by husband-and-wife team Drew and Ella Locke. Our own story began as a humble street-side coffee cart, driven by a passion for great brews and community. Today, we are proud to call the historic Foot buildings home. Once a vibrant old record shop, the space sat derelict for 40 years before being beautifully restored by the National Trust for Jersey.

Inside, you’ll find a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere designed for you to slow down, catch up, and create your own stories.

Our all-day brunch menu celebrates fresh, seasonal, and quality ingredients. We are passionate about supporting our local producers wherever possible, bringing robust flavours and beautifully plated, field-to-fork dishes straight to your table.

We’ve partnered with our friends at Extract Coffee Roasters to serve ethically sourced, exceptionally tasty coffee, perfectly paired with rich Jersey Dairy whole milk.

For us, Locke’s is about more than just food and drink—it’s about nourishing our community, building lasting friendships, and welcoming you into our chapter.
